Perfect! You are exactly who this program is for. Our Founder, Christie Garcia, is a Controller/Protector who despises online learning. She designed the Academy to keep the interest of the busiest people. The videos are short (5-10 minutes) and the activities take as long as you want. All that is required of you is 12 minutes a day or 1 hour a week and you will have more than enough time to grow and maximize your leadership. There are many different ways to digest the content in order to fit your needs and interest. 

We stand behind our program and we are confident you will see a change in your leadership if you are committed to doing the work. If you find that after 30-days you are not happy with your investment, we will happily refund your money as long as you have watched all the videos and completed the exercises.
